Daily stress can take a toll on our physical, mental and emotional bodies.  It has been attributed to many health conditions such as hyper-tension, leaky gut, insomnia, headaches, and depression.  100 hour Yin yoga teacher training in Bali brings space into the body and mind by releasing blocked energy and emotions, assisting you in rewinding your whole being.

The term yin comes from the Taoist concept of Yin Yang.  Yang is dynamic in nature and is associated with doing, achieving, growing, and expansion.  Yin is the quieter, slower, more inward nature and the two together form a complete whole.  This is why when you explore or teach yin yoga, it will bring balance and harmony into your life and that of your students.
